Sexually transmitted diseases (i.e STDs) are infectious diseases that are transmitted through sexual contact. There is no background or age of guys and girls who are not affected by STDs who are having sex, it doesn't matter if they're rich or poor.

STDs are more than just an embarrassment. They're a serious health issue in the making. If untreated, the marjority of STDs can lead to permanent health concerns, such as infertility (losing the ability to have a baby) and even death (in the case of AIDS).
